Technologie is prachtig, maar laten we eerlijk zijn: het is maar de helft van het verhaal. In mijn jaren bij 365 Angels heb ik gezien dat de mooiste Microsoft 365-omgevingen niks waard zijn als de mensen die er elke dag mee werken zich niet gehoord voelen. <div><br></div><div> Als 'Chief Angel' zie ik mezelf vooral als een vertaler. Ik vertaal complexe digitale transformaties naar menselijke oplossingen. Mijn doel? Organisaties helpen om niet alleen sneller te gaan, maar ook beter met elkaar samen te werken én te communiceren. Of je nu al dertig jaar in het vak zit of net komt kijken. </div><div><br></div><div>Voor mij gaat business development niet over snelle deals, maar over het bouwen van relaties en een koers die ook op de lange termijn standhoudt. Want pas als technologie de mens dient, maken we écht impact.</div>
