Dear Clobba Flex administrators and users,
This summer, Tollring acquired Code Software. Tollring is expanding its CX capabilities and also acquiring the Clobba brands and intellectual property. So far, nothing changes for you as Clobba Flex users and as 365 Angels customers. 365 Angels retains the primary contacts at Code Software for commercial, technical, and support requests.
Additionally, 365 Angels plans to meet with Tollring to register as a Tollring partner and continue and expand the collaboration. In this partnership, Tollring's products and services will also be added to the 365 Angels portfolio. We will keep you informed of any changes following this meeting.
During the summer period, the Clobba Flex product underwent various improvements and changes. Below is an overview of the key updates in July 2026:
Sprint 84 - July 6
Disabling the Bot extension for conversations with federated participants in reports.
Filters in reports based on EntraID groups for better agent/user segmentation.
New parameter for interpreting manually recalled calls as callbacks.
Splitting overflow and transferred call conditions in Call Leg Summary reports for detailed analysis.
Sprint 85 - July 22
Update to CQ/UCA widgets with a transition to new widgets within 6 months.
Call Summary report available in UCA and CQ, recommended to replace older reports.
Sprint 86 - July 31
Details in Peer2Peer call overview with availability of leg information.
New Callback widget in Dashboard.
Addition of extra column options in Call Leg Summary report.
