What has changed?
Clobba Flex used Microsoft functionality to read the current size of a Teams Call Queue. However, Microsoft has decided to no longer provide this information in the same way.

In the current Microsoft documentation for Get-CsCallQueue, it is explicitly stated that the statistic for the current queue size returns the value 0. Microsoft also indicates that this output will be completely removed by the end of October 2026. See this link
The consequence is visible in Clobba Flex: the 'Number waiting' widget remains at 0, even if calls are actually waiting.
Is there a solution?
Yes. Code Software, the developer of Clobba Flex, has developed an alternative solution that allows the number of waiting calls to be displayed in real-time again.
This solution must be activated for organizations using the relevant widget.
What should you do?
Does your organization use the 'Number waiting' widget in Clobba Flex and want to restore real-time insight? Then contact help@365-angels.com. We will check the situation and assist you in activating the new solution.
